KSBA is a non-profit organization which members adhere to the policies and regulations put into place by the Board. KSBA may collect private information for statistical and administrative purposes only. Private information is only collected when going through the process of submitting personal forms. KSBA online store uses common practices found common in online e-commerce. All private information related to the billing procedure falls in responsibility of the payment provider and related systems. KSBA does not share or outsource user information to third party collections for any reason. KSBA takes pride in keeping its members private from all online related matters. KSBA will notify members if any private information needs to be shared before any prior arrangements with any persons or institutions outside KSBA.
